What is a bail bond and where do I get one?
A bail bond is a contract between the Defendant, his/her sureties and the state. Contact a member of our staff.

I never posted bail for someone, what do I do first?
Have the name of the Defendant, personal information(dob, ss#, etc.), name of facility where the defendant is being held, contact our office and we"ll do the rest.

Can I post bail myself or do I need a bail bond company?
Yes, you can post cash bail yourself but you need a bail bond company to post bail bonds.

Do I have to appear to post bail?
It is required that you meet with an agent from our office either in our office, your residence or the facility where the individual is being held.

How does the bail process work?
Get as much personal information together as possible(name, dob, ss#, facility where the defendant is being held), contact our office and we'll do the rest.

What information is required to post bail?
Name of Defendant, dob, ss#, facility being held in, charges(if possible), case #(if possible), name and telephone number of someone willing to help the Defendant.

How long does it take to get out on bail?
The time varies from state to state, court to court but we can usually have someone out in just a few hours from start to finish.

What does it cost to post bail?
Premium rates vary from state to state. We do offer payment plans (upon approval) to help you get your loved one out as soon as possible. 

Do I get my premium back?
No, premium money is "non-refundable" and again, be careful...

How can I pay for a bail bond?
We accept all major credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), personal checks(depending on the amount, location, time of day/night), some checks may have to be certified or verified at the bank prior to bond posting.
